The Subject Of The Order Includes, In The Design And Build System, The Reconstruction Of Roads In The Following Villages: Dąbrówka Nadolna, Bardzynin As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Reconstruction Of Roads In The Villages Of Dąbrówka Nadolna, Bardzynin, Including Works Such As: Surveying Works, Development Of Design Documentation, Changing The Surface To Bituminous, Construction Of Roadsides, Reconstruction Of Exits, Drainage, Vertical And Horizontal Markings.2.2. Characteristics And Scope Of Work:1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of A Road With A Length Of Approx. 5,118 Km (Section I - 2,207 Km, Section Ii - 2,911 Km, The Scope Of Which Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation. 2) Development Of A Design Map Along With The Legal Determination Of The Boundaries Of The Road; 3) Division Of Plots Necessary To Take Over The Reconstructed Road - Approx. 90 Pcs., Together With The Permanent Stabilization Of Survey Points. 4) Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Decisions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Law And Preparing Materials For Submitting An Application In Order To Obtain A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment By The Contractor And Obtaining Other Administrative Decisions Necessary To Complete The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Roads In The Villages Of Dąbrówka Nadolna, Bardzynin. 5) Obtaining Derogations From Technical And Construction Regulations In Accordance With Art. 9 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994.
