Bolesława Chrobrego 27 In Choszczno (Plot 648, District 3 Choszczno), Choszczno Commune, Choszczno Poviat, West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Works: 1) Modernization Of Sanitary Facilities, 2) Execution Of New Wall And Ceiling Cladding, 3) Electrical Works, 4) Replacement Of Internal Door Joinery, 5) Delivery And Assembly Of A Platform For People With With Disabilities,6) Performance Of Accompanying Works, Including Demolition, Preparatory And Finishing Works;7) Performance Of Works Adapting The Works To The Existing Conditions Of The Building, Including Existing Installations;8) Performance Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility After The Completion Of The Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In: 1) Specification Of The Terms And Conditions Of The Order, 2) Provisions Contained In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz), 3) Design Documentation, Which Constitutes, Together With Other Documents Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
