1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road Plecka Dąbrowa - Kamilew.1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In: 1) Construction Design 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works 3) Bill Of Quantities (Note: Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, Bill Of Quantities Are Only Illustrative And Informational Material), 4) Draft Contract The Ordering Party Provides For The Contractors Obligation To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection. For This Purpose, You Should Make An Appointment With Persons Designated To Communicate With Contractors On Substantive Matters. Submitting An Offer Without An On-Site Inspection Results In Rejection Of The Offer. A Report Will Be Prepared From The On-Site Visit, A Copy Of Which The Ordering Party Will Provide To The Contractors. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For On-Site Visits On Your Own, Without Prior Arrangement With Persons Designated By The Ordering Party. Such A Visit Will Be Treated As Not Having Taken Place. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Government Road Development Fund On The Basis Of Contract No. 36/G/2026 Of April 20, 2026 Concluded Between The State Treasury - The Voivode Of Łódź And The Bedlno Commune.
