The Contractors Obligations Will Include: A) Performing All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With This Agreement, Design Documentation And Currently Applicable Polish Standards, Construction Law, Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis And Other Applicable Legal Provisions In This Respect, B) Developing A Work Implementation Schedule; C) Ensuring The Necessary Surveying Services, Marking Out Facilities And Preparing And Agreeing On An As-Built Surveying Inventory Of The Subject Of The Agreement And Submitting It To The Ordering Party In 2 Copies In Paper Version, D) Equipment, Development And Security Of The Construction Site And Works, And Maintenance Of The Above-Mentioned. Components In Proper Condition, Including Securing The Work Area Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, Constructing And Maintaining Fencing Of The Work Area, Temporary Roads, Access Roads And Ensuring Construction Supervision, E) Tidying Up The Area Adjacent To The Work Site, F) Organizing Work In Compliance With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Conditions Specified In Detailed Regulations, G) Persons Staying On The Construction Site On Behalf Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor Carrying Out Works/Works On The Construction Site Will Have Ids Allowing Verifying The Company Of The Contractor Or Subcontractors, E.G. Warning Vests With The Name Of The Company, H) Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works; I) Participating In The Acceptance Process Of The Facility, J) Preparing The Final Settlement And Preparing 1 Copy Of The Validation Report, Which Is To Include The Contract, Offer, Detailed Offer Cost Estimate, Contracts With Possible Subcontractors, Schedule, Handover Report Of The Construction Site, Covered Works Reports, Material Testing, Approvals, Surveying Report Along With Confirmation Of Submission To The Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center, Financial Settlement, As-Built Cost Estimates, Notification Of Completion Of Works And Notification For Acceptance Of The Task, Declarations Of Authorized Works Managers.2.
