The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Municipal Playground Located At Tuwima Street In Przasnysz - Plot With Registration Number 2383, District Number 0002 Przasnysz As Part Of The Task Entitled Improving Access To Small Public Infrastructure By Expanding The Municipal Playground At Tuwima Street In Przasnysz.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: - Disassembly Of 3 Pieces Of Existing Playground Equipment, Including Foundations, Intended For Demolition, - Preparation And Protection Of The Surface For New Playground Elements; - Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment (Vertical Carousel For 2 People - 1 Piece, Sand Play Set For The Playground With Minimum Dimensions (M): 4.08 X 4.85 X 2.14 - 1 Piece, Play Set Skateboard - 1 Piece) - In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, - Supplementing Safe Zones With New Playground Equipment With Sand, - Restoring The Green Playground Area, - Geodetic Inventory Of The Playground. 3. All Play Equipment Must Have Certificates Of Conformity. Certificates Must Be For Individual Devices, Not For A System Of Devices.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Install A Brand New Playground Equipment, Not Previously The Subject Of Exhibitions, Complete And Ready For Use (I.E. Without Any Unnecessary Additional Expenditure), Free From Any Rights Of Third Parties Or Entities. 5. To Perform The Works, Materials And Devices With The Required Approvals And Certificates Must Be Used.6. All Materials Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Must Have Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Design Documentation And Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 7. The Scope Of Works Subject To The Tender Procedure Must Be Performed In A Manner Consistent With The Principles Of Construction Practice And Technical Knowledge, Design Documentation, Applicable Regulations And Current Standards, With Due Diligence. 8. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Warranty Documents In Polish For The Installed Materials And Devices.9. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Installed Play Materials And Equipment From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance. The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers.10. For Other Construction Materials Used, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A 24-Month Warranty.11. Note: The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Chapter V., And In The Design Documentation, Constituting Chapter Vii Of This Swz.12. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex Iv To The Swz.
