A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Technical Documentation. It Consists Of The Following Documents: Architectural And Construction Design, Land Development Design, Technical Design, Detailed Technical Specifications, Permanent Traffic Organization Design, Arrangements, Bill Of Quantities;4. Warranty. The Length Of The Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works, Built-In Materials And Installed Devices - Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers. The Ordering Party Specifies It For A Period Ranging From 36 Months (Minimum Deadline) To 60 Months (Maximum Deadline). The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Full Warranty Rights For Physical Defects Resulting From The Provisions Of The Civil Code Within The Deadlines Specified Therein - Regardless Of Warranty Rights.5.
