1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Including Emergency Replacement Of Gas Boilers In Premises Managed By Kzgm In Katowice. Replacing A Gas Boiler Will Include: Dismantling The Damaged Boiler, Delivering A New Boiler To The Premises, Connecting The New Boiler And Commissioning, Connecting The Existing Thermoregulator (Controller) To The New Boiler, Replacing The Chimney Liner Adapted To The Given Type Of Boiler, Accompanying Works, Among Others: In The Field Of Construction Works (Piercing, Bricking, Etc.), Providing Instructions On How To Operate The Boiler.2. The Scope Of Construction Works Will Include In Particular: 1) Dismantling Of The Gas Boiler; 2) Dismantling The Chimney Liner; 3) Installation Of A New Chimney Liner For A Given Type Of Boiler; 4) Installation Of A Gas Boiler; 5) Installation And Commissioning Of A New Dual-Function Condensing Gas Boiler With A Power Of 19-24 Kw With A Burner Modulated In The Range Of 30-100% And Efficiency Of Min. 107%; 6) Installation Of A Wireless Boiler Controller To Measure The Temperature In The Premises; 7) Connecting A New Gas Boiler To The Existing Central Heating And Hot Water Installation; 8) Adjustment Of The Gas Boiler; 9) Works Accompanying The Replacement Of The Boiler (Installation Modification); 10) Works Accompanying The Installation Of The Chimney Liner (Carving Out The Chimney Wall, Bricking Up, Etc.); 11) Tightness Test Of The Gas Installation Behind The Gas Meter To The Premises; 12) Tightness Test Of The Central Heating Installation. And Domestic Hot Water; 13) Post-Construction Chimney Inspection Opinion; 14) Removal And Disposal Of Materials Generated During The Works (Rubble, Insert, Boiler); 15) Minor Masonry And Painting Repairs.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Procurement Documents, Including: 1) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb) - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, 2) Bills Of Quantities - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, 3) Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. Each Execution Of Construction Works Will Be Based On An Inspection Of The Property And An Order Issued By The Ordering Party To Perform Works In A Specified Building, Specifying The Place Of Performance, Scope Of Works, Estimated Value And Completion Date.5. The Ordering Party Expects To Carry Out Up To 10 Emergency Replacements Of Dual-Function Gas Boilers During The Term Of The Contract, But Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Order, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim In This Respect. The Minimum Scope Of The Order Is 6 Replacements, And The Scope Of Work Covered By Individual Orders May Vary Each Time.6. The Ordering Party Expects To Award Orders Until The End Of The Contract Period Or Until The Funds It Intends To Allocate To Finance The Order Are Exhausted, I.E. Pln 188,545.18 Gross.
