The Order Includes The Construction Of A Pedestrian Sidewalk At Km 2+203 - 2+535 On The Right Side In The Town Of Łączki And The Construction Of A Covered Ditch And Markings. The Contractor Is Obliged To Extend The Validity Dates Of Technical Conditions, Arrangements And Permits If Necessary. The Contractor Will Develop And Obtain All Necessary Opinions And Approval Of The Temporary Traffic Organization Project. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Traffic Authority, The Road Authority And The Provincial Police Headquarters Of The Date Of Introduction Of Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works (Approved By The Traffic Authority) With 7 Days Notice. The Notification In Question, With The Indicated Advance Deadline, Concerns Each Change In Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works And The Introduction Of Permanent Traffic Organization. The Contractor Will Develop And Obtain Approval For Updating The Permanent Traffic Organization Design For The Road Section In Question And Will Implement It, I.E. Introduce The Designed Signage And Traffic Safety Devices, And This Cost Will Be Included In The Item Costs Of Adaptation To The Contract Conditions. The Permanent Traffic Organization Design Should Include The Existing And Designed Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Traffic Safety Devices In Zone Changed By The Facility, Taking Into Account The Connection To The Applicable Project. The Study Should Be Accompanied By The Required Arrangements, Opinions And Approval Of The Traffic Management Authority. The Permanent Traffic Organization Project Should Be Accompanied By A Complete List Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Road Safety Devices. The Approved Traffic Organization Project Should Be Accompanied By Letters Sent To The Traffic Authority, Road Management And The Provincial Police Headquarters About The Date Of Introduction Of Traffic Organization, In Order To Determine Whether These Notifications Were Made Within The Deadline Specified In § 12 Section 1 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 (As Amended) On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Management (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 177, Item 1729, As Amended).
