1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Internal Road At Ul. Gabrieli Zapolska In Czeladź Along With Exits, Parking Lot And Construction Of A Sidewalk On Both Sides Of The Road. The Scope Of Construction Covers The Entire Section Of The Road From The Intersection With Ul. Spacerowa To The Intersection With Ul. Eliza Orzeszkowa. The Total Length Of The Designed Section Is 232 M. The Scope Of Work Includes: - Construction Of A Road With A Designed Width Of 6.0 M, - Construction Of A Parking Lot For 8 Parking Spaces, - Construction Of Intersections, - Construction Of A Sidewalk On Both Sides, - Construction Of Individual Exits To The Property. As Part Of The Investment, Street Lighting Will Be Installed As A Continuation Of The Existing Cable Circuit Owned By The Investor. Length Of The Network - Approx. 230 M, Number Of Pole Positions - 8 Pcs., Led Fixtures With A Light Color Of 5000K. The Investment Will Include Adjustment Of Existing Sewage Wells, Water Supply And Gas Gate Valves And Telecommunication Wells, Adapting Them To The Designed Types And Levels Of Surfaces. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Documentation, Which Consists Of: A. Designs B. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works C. Bills Of Quantities 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Made In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Construction Practice. 4. The Required Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order Is 60 Months. Detailed Conditions Of The Quality Guarantee And Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.5. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Require The Submission Of An Offer To Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit And Does Not Envisage Convening A Meeting Of Contractors To Clarify The Content Of The Swz.6. Equivalencethe Ordering Party Informs That Where It Has Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Time In This Tor And Its Annexes, Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions Proposed By The Contractor Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
