The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Multi-Discipline Design Concept For A Medical Building As Part Of The Task Titled: Expansion Of The Independent Public Provincial Hospital Of Pope John Paul Ii In Zamość With A Medical Building With Protective Facilities, Located On Plot No. 84/8, Zamość District, Connected With The Main Building Of Hospital C, Intended For The Needs Of The Hospital Emergency Department, The Trauma And Orthopedic Department And The Rehabilitation Department. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Are Specified In Annex No. 1 - Opz And Annex No. 4 - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires A 2-Year Warranty Period For Defects In The Subject Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.
