The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Bituminous Surface In Górki Małe Along The Internal Road From Property No. 92 To No. 22, On The Plot No. 62, Rev. 6, Commune Tuszyn. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Included In The Documentation Attached To The Swz And The Application Of May 27, 2025 Regarding The Notification Of Construction To The Architectural And Construction Administration Body, In The Detailed Description Of The Works, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Drawings/Cross-Sections, And Bill Of Quantities (The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature). On June 9, 2025, The Architectural And Construction Administration Authority Issued A Certificate Of No Objection To The Intention To Perform Construction Works, Ref. No. Aib.6743.309.2025.Ab. Existing Condition: The Road Has A Cross-Section Of A Road, With A Bituminous Surface With Shoulders On Both Sides And Runs Through A Built-Up Area. Currently, The Road Surface Is In Poor Technical Condition. It Has Numerous Defects In The Bituminous Surface And, In A Fragment, Deformation Of The Crushed Stone Base. The Road Has A Water, Telecommunications And Electricity Network. Design Status: The Works Will Consist In The Renovation Of The Surface, Including The Laying Of New Bituminous, Binding And Wearing Layers, Construction Of Aggregate Roadsides And Height Adjustment Of The Water Supply Infrastructure. The Scope Of Works Includes The Section From Property No. 92 To The Intersection At Property No. 22. The Length Of The Section Covered By The Works Is 1.04 Km. Due To The Variable Width Of The Road (From 4 To 4.5 M) And The Technical Condition Of The Surface, The Scope Was Divided Into 3 Sections: Section From Km 0+000 To Km 0+281.4 Works According To Section No. 1 (Fig. 4 Of The Documentation) Section From Km 0+281.4 To Km 0+432.4 Works According To Section No. 2 (Fig. 5 Of The Documentation) Section From Km 0+432.4 To Km 1+040.00 Works According To Section No. 3 (Fig. 6 Of The Documentation) The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Cleaning Of Existing Drainage Ditches, I.E. Restoring Their Patency, In Places Where It Is Necessary, The Ditches Should Be Deepened Drainage; 2) Appropriate Profiling Of The Road So That The Water Flows Into The Ditch And Does Not Overflow Over The Road Or Stops On The Road; Rainwater Will Be Discharged Through Transverse And Longitudinal Falls To The Green Areas Adjacent To The Road And Roadside Drainage Ditches Located Within The Road. During The Works, The Height Of The Existing Entrances To The Property Should Be Adjusted To The New Street Grade. Dylewska.
