Saint Vincent De Paul At Ul. Wójta Radtkego 1, 81-348 Gdynia With Parameters Consistent With Annex No. 2 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: A. Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Handing Over To The Ordering Party, Ready For Use, Of The Medical Equipment Listed In Point 1, Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment; B. Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Scope Of Operation, Operation And Maintenance Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Equipment In Accordance With The Requirements Described In Nn Swz (Minimum 2 Training Courses); C. Fulfillment Of Obligations During The Warranty Period Regarding Removal Of Faults, Repairs, Replacement Of Parts, Along With Mandatory Technical Inspections At The Frequency Recommended By The Manufacturer. D. Performing Acceptance And Specialized Tests Of The Camera And Monitor (Specialized Annually During The Warranty Period)3.
