The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection And Management Of Waste Collected By The Contractor From The Ordering Party With Code 20 01 99, In A Way That Ensures The Transfer Of Responsibility For Waste Management To The Next Waste Holder In 2026. Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Managed: 400-800 Mg. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Given Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Forecast Amount And May Be Reduced Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs, While The Ordering Party Guarantees A Minimum Of 400 Mg Of Waste. The Above Does Not Result In Withdrawal From The Contract Or Change Of Its Terms. If The Ordering Party Uses The Above, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect.
