The Contractor Will Ensure That The Books Are Unloaded And Deposited In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Takes Full Responsibility For Any Damage To The Delivered Books Caused During Delivery And Unloading. In The Case Of Defects Identified By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Them Free Of Charge Within 7 Days From The Ordering Partys Notification Of The Defect.
