In Addition, It Should Meet The Quality Requirements And Properties Specified By The Ordering Party And The Manufacturer Of A Given Product And Guarantee Functionality, Safety And Reliability Of Use Within The Scope Of Its Intended Use.2) The Subject Of The Order In A Given Assortment Item Delivered To The Ordering Party Should Be Identical, I.E. With The Same Technical Conditions, Colors, Properties For A Given Item Of The Subject Of The Order Delivered.3) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered In The Original, Intact Packaging Of The Manufacturer Of The Given Product, In A Way That Ensures Its Properties And Operational Parameters Are Maintained During Transport And Storage In Warehouse Conditions, Without Damaged Protection Measures Used By The Manufacturer.4) Product Packaging Should Be Marked In Polish And Contain At Least: Signs Identifying The Product (In Particular The Manufacturers Trademark Or Brand, Quantity, Type, Parameters, Expiration Date), Catalog Number, Number Of Pieces In The Package And Weight.5) The Contractor Should Deliver The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party. Wherever The Ordering Party Has Not Explicitly Specified The Size, Color Or Other Parameter, This Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.6) All Products Delivered By The Contractor And Which Are The Subject Of The Order Should Be Admitted To Trading In The European Union Under Pain Of Being Deemed To Have Failed To Properly Perform The Provisions Of The Contract.7) The Contractor Is Obliged, At Its Own Expense, To Deliver And Ensure (Persons, Technical Support) That The Delivered Products Are Brought To The Warehouse Indicated By The Ordering Partys Employee, After Prior Notice.
