The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A New Route Of Provincial Road No. 730 From The Roundabout At Ul. Grójecka To The Roundabout At Ul. Bielańska In Warka. The Contractors Tasks Will Include Designing Approximately 900 M Of The Road Connecting The Roundabout At Ul. Grójecka (Provincial Road No. 730) With A Roundabout At Ul. Bielańska (Provincial Road No. 731). Roundabout At Ul. Grójecka Is Located On Plots With Surveying Number 397/3, 399/7, 399/3, 399/9, While The Roundabout Is On Ul. Bielańska Is Located On Plots With Geodetic No. 273/5, 274/2, 274/1, 213/3 In Warka. The Designers Tasks Will Include Designing The Provincial Road Between The Above-Mentioned Roundabouts. On The Section From The Roundabout To Ul. Grójecka To The Intersection With Ul. Wichradzka, It Is Preferred To Design A Road Along The Railway Tracks On Plots Belonging To The State Treasury (In Perpetual Usufruct Of Polskie Koleje Państwowe Spółka Akcyjna) And To Private Individuals. The Remaining Section From The Intersection With Ul. Wichrdzka To The Roundabout In Ul. Bielańska, It Is Preferred To Design A Road In The Existing Trace Of Nowakowski Street (Plot No. 274/2, Property Of The Warka Commune) Along With The Necessary Widenings. The Designers Tasks Will Include Designing Intersections With Public Municipal Roads, I.E. Ul. Wichradzka (161013W) And Ul. Tuwima (161075W). Due To The Immediate Vicinity Of The Railway Line No. 8, Arrangements Will Be Necessary With The Relevant Pkp Companies. The Task Includes Designing A Road, A Pedestrian Road, A Bicycle Path Or A Path For Pedestrians And Bicycles And Connecting Them To The Existing Infrastructure At Roundabouts, Along With Exits To The Plots And Exits To Internal Roads, Intersections With Municipal Roads And Drainage. There Is A Need To Acquire Land Both On The Section From The Roundabout At Ul. Grójecka To Ul. Wichradzka As Well As On The Remaining Section Due To The Impossibility Of Locating All Elements Of The Road Lane In The Existing Road Lane Of Provincial Road No. 730. The Costs Of Preparing Subdivision Maps Are Borne By The Contractor. The Design Study Will, In Particular, Include Improving The Drainage Of The Road Through The Construction Of A Storm Sewage System. The Designers Tasks Will Also Include Designing The Technological Channel And Removing Any Possible Collisions (Separately For Each Industry). The Contractor Will Prepare A Water Law Report In Order To Obtain A Water Law Permit (If Necessary). The Designers Tasks Will Also Include Developing A Design For Permanent Traffic Organization And Temporary Traffic Organization, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Ensuring Obtaining A Decision - Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment.
