The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of The First Equipment For A Newly Created Nursery With 45 Places In Czemierniki, Built As Part Of The Program For The Development Of Care Institutions For Children Under 3 Years Of Age Active Maluch 2022-2029 From The Funds Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan (Kpo). Part 1 Of The Order: Supply Of Furniture And Room Equipment The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of The First Equipment Interior Of The Nursery. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Supply Of Furniture, Carpets, Sensory Elements, Decorative Elements, Mattresses, Bedding, Waste Containers, Strollers, Bathroom Equipment, Cleaning Equipment - In Accordance With The Assortment And Quantities Included In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. Details. The Furniture Should Constitute Elements Of A Furniture System With Assigned Symbols That The Contractor Has In Its Offer Or Will Create It For The Purposes Of The Procedure, Enabling The Ordering Party To Change The Configuration Of The Furniture And Expand It With Additional Elements In The Future. The Supplied Equipment Elements Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel Of The Manufacturer Intended For The European Union, And The Use Of The Delivered Product By The Ordering Party Cannot Constitute An Infringement Of The Copyrights Of Third Parties Original Markings. If There Is A Suspicion Of Offering As Your Own A Product That Exists Or Existed In The Offer Of Another Entity Under A Different Name, The Contractor Will Be Asked To Provide Explanations Regarding The Origin Of The Product And The Consent Of The Entity Owning The Rights To The Industrial Design Of A Given Product To Modify And Further Resell The Product Under A Different Name. In The Absence Of Written Consent Of The Entity Holding The Rights To The Industrial Design Of A Given Product To Further Resell The Product Under A Different Name, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected New, Unused, Not Subject To Any Repairs, Free From Defects, Fully Operational And Ready For Use In Accordance With Their Intended Use, Must Meet Applicable Quality And Technical Standards, Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Third-Party Rights And Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Specification Of The Order Conditions.
