The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Delivery Of Non-Regenerated Consumables For Computer Printers, Photocopiers And Multifunction Devices For The Needs Of The Units Of The Medical University Of Warsaw. Piasts Of Silesia In Wrocław.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And In The Product And Price Form (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz). The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Products Meet The Requirements Contained In These Documents And Are Admitted To Trading In Poland. The Assortment And Price Form (Annex No. 3 To The Swz) Contains The Types Of Devices Available To The Ordering Party And The Approximate Quantities Of The Assortment In The Period Covered By The Order.3. The Ordering Party Will Order The Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order In Quantities Consistent With Actual Needs. The Quantities Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Assortment And Price Form) Are Estimates, Needed To Compare Offers. 4. Guarantee: The Contractor Will Provide At Least 12 Months Warranty From The Date Of Each Delivery.
