Tenders Are Invited For Providing Physical Protection Services For People And Property At The Polish Academy Of Sciences Earth Museum In Warsaw

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Physical Protection Services For Persons And Property At The Polish Academy Of Sciences, Museum Of The Earth In Warsaw, In The Facilities Located At Aleja Na Skarpie 20/26 And At Aleja Na Skarpie 27, In Order To Protect Them Against Theft, Destruction Or Other Threats, Protection Of Property Located There, As Well As Protection Against Violation Of Bodily Integrity, Loss Of Life Or Health Of Persons Staying There. The Contractor Is Obliged To Supervise The Protected Facilities And The Area Adjacent To The Earth Museum. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Execution Of The Order By At Least 6 People, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) Cover All Activities Related To The Provision Of Security Services, Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, As Annex No. 8 To Swz.4. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Additional Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.
