4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Hardware And Software For It Infrastructure In Order To Increase The Level Of Cybersecurity At The Water Supply And Sewerage Company Limited Liability Company In Oława, Under The Cybersecure Waterworks Program, As Part Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan.4.2. The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Other Documents Of The Procedure Constituting An Integral Part Of This Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery And Carrying Of Equipment To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor At The Seat Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Ul. 3 Maja 30, 55-200 Oława.2) Brand New, Unused Equipment, Free From Defects, Not Encumbered By Third Party Rights, With The Appropriate Ce Declaration/Certificate Of Conformity Or Other Equivalent/Certificates Issued In Accordance With Applicable Law, Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel 3) Indefinite Licenses For The Use Of Installed Systems - If Applicable, 4) Granting A Minimum 36-Month Warranty Along With Providing Free Service During The Warranty Period For The Indicated Products - In Accordance With The Provisions Of Opz.
