1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of National Road No. 73 - Ul. Lwowska In Jasło At Km 165+900 - 167+250 Along With The Intersection (Solidarności Roundabout) To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Zrid Decision And Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works. The Kilometer Of The National Road Was Read From The Website: Https://Drogi.Gddkia.Gov.Pl/Mapy/Mapa-Informacji-Drogowej 2. The Scope Of Design Works Includes: 1) Extension Of National Road No. 73 At Km 165+900 - 166+150, Consisting In The Expansion Of The Intersection With Circular Traffic Of Lwowska, 17 Stycznia, Kazimierza Wielkiego And Legionów Polskich Streets With Additional Lanes For Vehicles Turning Right; 2) Reconstruction And/Or Expansion Of National Road No. 73 At Km 166+150 - 167+250, Consisting In Widening The Road With An Additional Lane Serving Left-Hand Connections. Reconstruction And/Or Expansion Should Be Carried Out Within The Existing Right-Of-Way Of National Road No. 73, If Possible;3) Reconstruction And/Or Protection Of Collisions With Existing Networks And Engineering Structures (Culverts At Km 166+350, 167+220);4) Development Of A Design For Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization Along With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements And Opinions And Obtaining Approval From The Relevant Traffic Management Authority;5) Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Required By Separate Regulations, In Particular Obtaining Agreements On All Elements Of The Design Documentation Required By Gddkia O/Rzeszów;6) Obtaining A Zrid Decision With Immediate Enforceability, Divided Into Stages: I - Expansion Of The Intersection With Circular Traffic (Km 165+900 - 167+250), Scope Ii And Iii - Reconstruction And/Or Expansion Of The Road At Km 166+150 - 167+250 – Scopes To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party.3. The Scope Of Design Documentation Includes, Among Others: 1) Construction Design (Pab, Pzt, Pt) Divided Into Stages I, Ii And Iii; 2) Materials For The Zrid Application, With The Design Of The Division Of The Real Estate (Plots) Being Developed By The Ordering Party After The Contractor Has Previously Indicated The Area Of Occupancy; 3) Tender Materials: Detailed Design, Investors Cost Estimate Along With The Bill Of Quantities, Detailed Technical Specifications; 4) Approved Designs For Temporary And Permanent Target Traffic Organization. All Documentation Should Be Prepared In Three Copies In Paper Version And In Electronic Pdf And Editable Versions (Word - Text Files, Dwg/Dxf - Drawings, Kst/Ath/Xls - Cost Estimates).4.
