The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Laboratory Reagents For Highly Specialized Research, Divided Into 2 Tasks: Task No. 1 - Purchase Of Reagents For Advanced Fluorescence Microscopy And Intravital Cell Imaging. Task No. 2 - Purchase Of Reagents For Molecular Modification Of Cells, Analysis Of Protein Interactions And Biochemical Preparation. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex. No. 3 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Basic Reagents Were Specified In The Spreadsheet:• Appendix No. 3A To The Swz - Spreadsheet For Task No. 1• Appendix No. 3B To The Swz - Spreadsheet For Task No. 24. The Order In Both Tasks Includes: 1) Reagents Known On The Day Of Announcing The Procedure - Indicated In Appendix No. 3A And Annex. No. 3B To Swz - Spreadsheet Appropriate For The Task;2) Additional Reagents Necessary To Conduct And Continue The Research, The Need To Use Which Will Arise During The Implementation Of The Research Project, And Whose Parameters And Names The Ordering Party Is Currently Unable To Clearly Determine.5. The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of The Order Includes Only Reagents And Does Not Apply To The Assortment Going Beyond This Subject, I.E. Products That Are Not Reagents And Listed In The Contractors Catalog Will Not Be Ordered.6. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively And According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party On The Basis Of Written Partial Orders Specifying The Size And Material Scope Of The Ordered Reagents In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In Annex.
