The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Small Construction Materials, Carpentry Materials, Metal Construction Products - The Order Is Divided Into 3 Parts: A) Part 1 - Delivery Of Small Construction Materials.2. The Delivered Goods Will Be Brand New, Delivered In Packaging Protecting Against Quantitative And Qualitative Changes.3. The Contractor Provides At Least 12-Month Warranty For The Delivered Goods, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Goods By The Ordering Party, Provided That The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Will Not Be Shorter Than The Warranty Period Granted By The Manufacturer Of The Goods.4. The Contractor Is Liable To The Ordering Party And Third Parties For Damage Caused In Connection With Placing The Goods On The Market.5. Delivery Of Goods Is At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.6. The Delivery Should Be Made On The Ordering Partys Working Days From Monday To Friday (Business Days), Except For Public Holidays Falling Within This Period At 8.00 – 14.00.7. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Goods To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party - Warehouses Located In Rzeszów (Ul. Konopnicka 5), ​​In Jarosław (Ul. Poniatowskiego 49A), In Żurawica (Ul. Wojska Polskiego 22) And In Nisko (Ul. Sandomierska 20).8. As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, The Contractor Undertakes To Unload The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Designated Receiving Warehouse.9. The Ordering Party And The Contractor Are Obliged To Cooperate In The Execution Of The Public Procurement Contract In Order To Properly Implement The Order.10. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Quantitative Specification Are Set Out In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. This Attachment Is Also A Form For Calculating The Proposed Offer Price.11. An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Concerning Each Part Of The Order).
