Part 1 Of The Order - Psychologist Services For Children And Adolescents Brief Description Of The Subject Of Part 1 Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Psychologist Services For A Total Of 432 Hours For Children And Adolescents, Carried Out In The Form Of Workshops And Individual Or Group Consultations/Therapy. An Hour Of Service Is Understood As 50 Minutes Of Classes. The Services Will Be Provided In The Mielnik Commune, In The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Cost Of Travel To The Indicated Location Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Service Is Planned To Be Provided In Mielnik, But There May Be Situations Where Support Is Provided In Another Town Within The Mielnik Commune. Requirements For The Qualifications Of A Psychologist: Higher Education In Psychology Or Therapy, At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Providing Psychological Support, Is Not And Has Not Been Deprived Of Parental Authority And Her Parental Authority Is Not Limited Or Suspended, Fulfills The Maintenance Obligation - If Such An Obligation In Relation To Her Results From An Enforcement Order, Has Not Been Sentenced By A Final Judgment For An Intentional Crime Or An Intentional Fiscal Offense, Is Not Included In The Database Of The Register Of Perpetrators Of Crimes Against Backgrounds Sexual With Limited Access.
