The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers In A Given Procedure. The Order Consists Of 1 Task. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts, Because The Division Will Not Be Appropriate Due To The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Purchase Of Application Software And Its Implementation And Launch, And Can Only Be Completed As A Whole By One Contractor. Additionally, The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order (Delivery And Assembly Separately) Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper And Timely Execution Of The Order. Dividing The Subject Of The Contract Into Smaller Parts Would Also Be Pointless. Such Action Could Result In Unfavorable Consequences For The Ordering Party, E.G. An Increase In The Offered Prices Or The Inability To Resolve The Proceedings Due To The Fact That Submitting Offers For Such Small Parts Of The Order Could Prove Unprofitable For The Contractor. The Software Constitutes An Integral Whole, And Dividing It Into Parts (E.G. Separate Delivery, Separate Installation) Would Prevent Its Proper Operation And Exclude The Warranty Liability Of One Contractor And Increase Costs6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.
