The Subject Of The Order Is Grass Mowing Along With Raking, Loading And Removal Of The Mow On Land Properties Of The City Of Koszalin Commune, Administered By The Residential Buildings Authority In Koszalin. Part No. 1 - Area 41,543.27 M2, Includes Works On The Following Housing Estates: Nowobramskie, Morskie, Na Skarpie, Im. Melchior Wańkowicz And Jamno-Łabusz. A Detailed List Of Addresses Is Included In The Annex To The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Service Is Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 10 To This Swz. Only Machines And Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight Not Exceeding 3.5 Tons May Be Used To Perform Work On Sidewalks. In The Event Of Equipment Failure, The Contractor Should Provide Replacement Equipment With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Used So Far, Within A Period Not Longer Than 24 Hours. The Contractor Should Equip The Employees Performing The Subject Of The Order With Uniform Working Clothes Or Vests Marked With The Companys Name Or Logo And All Personal Protective Equipment Required By Law. The Contractor Should Provide Means Of Communication (Mobile Phones) For Persons Intended To Manage And Coordinate The Execution Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Control The Actual Execution Of The Order, Including The Number Of People And Equipment Actually Assigned To Perform Services. At The Ordering Partys Request, The Contractor Should Present The Equipment, Means Of Transport And Devices At Its Disposal, Indicated In The Swz. Contractors May Submit An Offer For Any Selected Part Or Parts Of The Order. It Is Unacceptable For The Contractor To Submit More Than One Offer In A Given Part Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Make A Separate Assessment And Selection Of The Most Advantageous Offer In Each Part. A Given Part Of The Order Is Indivisible And The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer All The Components Of A Given Part Of The Order Under Pain Of Rejection Of The Offer.
