Tenders Are Invited For Preparing And Serving Meals For The Public Kindergarten In Mikstat In The Kitchen Rooms And Equipment Provided By The Ordering Party
1. The Order Covers The Service Provided To The Public Kindergarten In Mikstat, Consisting In Preparing And Serving Meals For Kindergarten Children. The Ordering Party Intends To Provide The Contractor, Selected Through A Tender, On The Basis Of A Separate Lease Agreement, With The Premises Of The Kindergarten Kitchen Along With The Equipment For The Purpose Of Providing Mass Catering For The Public Kindergarten In Mikstat. 130 Breakfasts, Approx. 130 Full Lunches And Approx. 110 Afternoon Snacks For Preschool Children. Meals Will Be Prepared On Site In The Kindergartens Kitchen On Five Working Days Of The Week, Taking Into Account The Organization Of The School Year. The Meals Served Will Be Settled In Accordance With § 3 Point 2 Of The Contract (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz) - The Invoice Will Be Issued In Arrears, At The End Of Each Calendar Month And Will Be For The Value Of All Daily Food Rations Actually Issued X The Unit Price Of The Meal During A Given Month. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Implemented On The Following Principles: 4.1 The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Standards Specified In Applicable Regulations, Including Preparing Meals From Products That Will Be Of High Commercial And Health Quality, In Accordance With The Applicable Requirements Of Food Law, Gmp And The Haccp System. The Preparation Of Meals Must Comply With The Standards Specified In Applicable Regulations, Including: In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of August 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units, Regulation (Ec) No. 852/2004 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 9, 204 On The Hygiene Of Foodstuffs, Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of June 6, 2007 On Direct Supplies Of Foodstuffs (Journal Of Laws No. 112, Item 774), Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of September 16, 2010 On Foodstuffs For Particular Nutritional Uses (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1026)4.2 Prepared Meals Must Comply With The Nutritional Requirements Recommended By The Institute Of Food And Nutrition For Preschool Children, Recommended Nutritional Standards For Specific Age Groups And Meet The Nutritional Requirements Recommended By The Institute Of Mother And Child For A Given Age Group. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality And Safety Products In Accordance With Haccp Standards And Other Applicable Legal Acts In This Field.
