The Tractor And Snow Plow Must Be New, Complete, Free From Physical (Design, Material, Workmanship), Technical And Legal Defects, Not Being A Prototype Or A Device Made For This Order, Mass-Produced, Meeting The Following Requirements. The Subject Of The Order Should Comply With Applicable Standards And Legal Provisions And Have A Current Approval Allowing For Traffic On Public Roads. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 - Opz To The Swz.
