The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Successive Delivery Of Hydraulic Materials Intended For Troubleshooting And Ongoing Maintenance Of Water And Sewage Installations In The Facilities Of “Uzdrowisko Kołobrzeg” S.A. Within A Period Of 1 Year, In Accordance With Annex 1.2. Orders Will Be Fulfilled During The Term Of The Contract, Based On Individual Applications Submitted By The Ordering Party, Depending On Current Needs.3. The List Of Types Of Materials Together With The Price Form Is An Annex To The Contract.4. The Ordering Party Distinguishes The Following Categories Of Assortment: A) Critical (Emergency) Assortment - Materials Necessary For Immediate Removal Of Failures, The Lack Of Which Makes It Impossible To Restore The Proper Functioning Of The Infrastructure; B) Standard Assortment - Other Materials Used For Ongoing Repairs And Maintenance Works.5. The Delivered Hydraulic Materials Will Be Of The First Quality, The Finished Products Will Be Brand New And Will Have A Certificate Issued By An Authorized Body Allowing These Products To Be Used In Construction In The European Union.6. At Least The Following Information Will Be Visible On The Packaging: - Name Of The Product, - Name Of The Manufacturer Of The Goods, - Weight Of The Packaging Contents, - Expiration Date Guaranteeing The Preservation Of The Functional Properties Of The Product, If Such A Date Is Specified,7. The Materials Should Be Delivered To The Warehouse Indicated By The Ordering Party And Deposited In A Designated Place, Which Will Be Confirmed By A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Constituting An Annex To The Contract. Deliveries From 8.00 A.M. To 2.30 P.M., On Working Days At The Suppliers Expense. Facilities In Kołobrzeg Will Be Supplied: Sanatorium Mewa V, Ul. Rafińskiego 9Sanatorium Muszelka, Ul. Słowackiego 6-8Sanatorium Perła Bałtyku , Ul. Sikorskiego 3Kopalnia Borowiny8. In The Event Of Non-Compliance With The Order Or Damage To The Goods, The Shipment Will Not Be Accepted, Which Is Tantamount To Failure To Complete The Delivery.9. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, In Batches Based On Separate Orders From The Ordering Party. Orders Will Be Processed No Later Than Within 48 Hours Of Placing The Order.10. The Quantities Indicated In The Offer Form Are Indicative And Correspond To The Expected Demand. They Do Not Constitute A Guarantee Of The Purchase Of Specific Quantities And Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractors Claims.11. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use Up To 25% Of The Order Value Without The Contractors Right To Claims.12. The Delivery Time Is Up To 2 Business Days From Placing The Order. 13. The Delivery Of Critical Products Must Be Completed Within A Time Not Longer Than That Declared In The Contractors Offer, But Not Longer Than 18 Hours From The Time Of Reporting The Demand.
