The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Comprehensive And Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision Over The Task Titled: Expansion Of A Historic Building With The Construction Of A Business Incubator - Hubska 7 In The Design, Build And Equip Formula. The Scope Of Activities Of The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Include In Particular: 1) Technical And Organizational Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment, Throughout Its Implementation Period And Management Of The Investment Task; 2) Supervision Over The Preparation Of Documentation Design And Cost Estimate, Receipt And Verification Of Documentation;3) Carrying Out Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Task By Persons Authorized To Manage Construction Works, At The Contractors Disposal In The Necessary Specialties: A) Construction And Construction Without Restrictions, B) Installation In The Field Of Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Networks, Installations And Devices, C) Installation In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices, Installation In The Scope Telecommunications Networks, Installations And Devices; 4) Acting As An Investor Supervision Inspector - Within The Meaning Of Art. 26 Of The Act - Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524), Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Law; 5) Acting As A Coordinator Of The Activities Of Investor Supervision Inspectors - Within The Meaning Of Art. 26 Of The Construction Law Act; 6) Preparing The Necessary Documents For The Preparation And Settlement Of Payment Applications; 7) Participating In The Handover Of The Construction Site Works By The Ordering Party To The Contractor; 8) Coordinating And Managing The Implementation Of The Investment Signed With The General Contractor And Representing The Ordering Party At The Construction Site By Controlling The Compliance Of The Works With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior), Applicable Legal Provisions, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Standards And Provisions Of The Contract With The Works Contractor, Including The Material And Financial Schedule (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Hrf) And The Conditions Of Programs Of Financing Institutions, With Particular Emphasis On European Union Funds.
