3.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Computer Equipment - Laptops For Specialized Laboratories And Administrative Rooms Of The Industry Skills Center In Brzesko, Together With Software And License, And The Provision Of Hardware Warranty Services.3.3. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) And Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Designed Contractual Provisions. 3.4. Additional Requirements And Information:3.4.1. The Ordering Party Requires A Brand New Operating System/Office Software, Unused And Never Activated On Another Device Before.3.4.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The System Software Be Pre-Installed By The Manufacturer. However, The Ordering Party Does Not Require That The Office Software Be Pre-Installed By The Computer Manufacturer. It Is Allowed To Provide A License In Electronic Form (Esd) Or Another Equivalent That Will Enable Legal Installation And Activation Of Office Software On The Supplied Computers.3.4.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The System Software Delivered Is Original, Legal And Comes From The Manufacturers Authorized Distribution Channel. The Software Should Be Delivered With The Legality Attributes Provided By The Manufacturer For A Given Version Of The Operating System, I.E., Among Others: A Gml/Coa Sticker Or - In The Case Of Versions In Which The Manufacturer Has Abandoned Such Stickers - Another Form Of Authentication (E.G. Electronic Activation Key, Manufacturers Certificate).3.4.4. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Verifying The Originality Of The Delivered Computer Programs With The Software Producer In The Event Of Doubts As To Its Legality.3.5. The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Required By The Ordering Party. If Equipment Is Offered That Does Not Meet The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility And Quality Parameters Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected. 3.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be: • Brand New, Of Full Value, Free From Any Defects And Damage, Without Previous Use, • Meeting All Safety Requirements Specified In The Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, • Admitted To Economic Circulation In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, • Consistent With The Recommendations, Standards And Applicable Technical And Operational Requirements In Force In The Republic Of Poland And The European Union And Having All The Necessary Certificates, Permits, Approvals Etc.
