The Concessionaire Ensures The Operation Of The Public Service Granted Through The Following Missions: The Administrative And Financial Management Of The Service And The Operation Of All Of The Services Facilities; The Supply Of The Equipment Necessary For Operation, Maintaining The Structures In Perfect Working Order And Their Supply Of Fluids, The Renewal Of The Structures And Equipment, Compliance With Phytosanitary And Safety Standards With The Keeping Of An Operations Journal; Watering And Maintaining All Golf Courses In Perfect Condition; Reception, Public Information As Well As Reception Of Schoolchildren In The Cci Of Finistère District; The Implementation Of Activities Through The Golf Sports Association; Golf Teaching {Individual Lessons And Group Lessons, For All Levels); All Promotional And Communication Measures Necessary For The Recognition And Development Of Golf, Ticketing Management {Green Fees, Subscription Cards Etc.); Collection Of Revenue From Users; Store Management; The Provision Of Advice To The Licensor Regarding The Management Of The Equipment, Under Which He Is Invited To Make Any Comments He Deems Useful Throughout The Duration Of The Contract; Safety Of Installations {Opening, Closing, Etc.); Securing Users And Facilities (Safety Nets, Etc.); The Realization Of A Certain Number Of Investments, Under The Conditions Defined In Article 27 Of The Contract.
