Also Includes The Concerted Development Of A Costed And Prioritized Action Program Aimed At Correcting The Functional And Structural Anomalies Observed And, When Technically And Economically Possible, Of A Rainwater Management Program As Far Upstream As Possible, With A View To Limiting Their Introduction Into The Collection System.
