Cafeteria Services – Service Concession For The Provision, Installation, Operation And Maintenance Of Vending Machines For Hot And Cold Drinks And Foodstuffs On Certain Sites In The Alpes De Haute-Provence Department. The Consultation Launched By The Departmental Council Of Alpes De Haute-Provence, Hereinafter Referred To As The Departmental Council, Aims To Entrust, By Service Concession Contract, The Provision, Installation, Operation And Maintenance Of Vending Machines For Hot And Cold Drinks And Foodstuffs On Certain Of Its Sites In The Department. The Value Of The Contract Corresponds To The Remuneration Of The Concessionaire Constituted By The Right Granted To Him To Receive Part Of The Revenue Arising From The Execution Of The Contract. The Main Characteristics Of The Services Requested By The Departmental Council Are Presented In The Draft Service Concession Contract And Its Annexes Attached To The Consultation File. This Concession Takes Effect From The Date Of Notification Of The Agreement. It Is Concluded For A Period Of Three (3) Years, Tacitly Renewable Once For A Period Of Two (2) Years.
