Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Transportation Of Disabled Students To Schools Along With Care In The 2026/2027 School Year.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services In The Field Of Transport And Care (During Transport) Of Disabled Students Residing In The Łomianki Commune To Kindergartens, Primary And Secondary Schools Or Other Educational Institutions Listed In Art. 2(7) Of The Act Of December 14, 2016, Education Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1043, As Amended). 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Transport And Care From The Place Of Residence Of Students To Kindergartens, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools And Other Educational Institutions, As Well As Return From The Above-Mentioned. Institutions To The Students Place Of Residence. 3. The Service Is Planned To Cover 33 Disabled Students, Including: 11 Students Attending Schools In Warsaw (Including 1 Student In A Wheelchair), 16 Students Attending The School And Educational Center In Leszno (Including 1 Student In A Wheelchair), 1 Student Attending A School In Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, 4 Students Attending A School In Laski, 1 Student Attending A School In Ożarów Masovian Voivodeship. 4. During The Execution Of The Order, The Number Of Students May Change By +/- 6 People (Including 2 People In Wheelchairs) And The Number And Addresses Of The Facilities To Which The Students Will Be Transported, Which Does Not Result In A Change In The Remuneration For The Service Provided. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Number Of Transported Children By More Than 6 Without Changing The Remuneration, Provided That There Is No Need For The Contractor To Increase The Number Of Cars. 5. It Is Permissible To Change The List Of Transported Students Regarding The Data Of Students And The Institutions To Which They Will Be Transported, Provided That The Institution Will Not Be More Than 45 Km Away From The Students Place Of Residence, Calculated By The Shortest Route From The Students Place Of Residence To The Educational Institution. The Changes In Question Will Not Require An Amendment To The Contract. 6. Transport And Care Of Students To Kindergartens, Primary And Secondary Schools Or Other Educational Institutions Will Take Place On All School Days According To The School Calendar For The 2026/2027 School Year, In The Period From September 2, 2026 To June 24, 2027. 7. The Estimated Number Of Days Based On The School Calendar On Which Students Will Be Transported Is 186 Days, Including 79 Days A Year 2026 And 107 Days In 2027.
