The It Solution To Be Procured Can Be Offered Either As A So-Called Virtual Appliance As A Directly Usable And Pre-Configured Virtual Machine Or As Equivalent Pre-Configured Software, Which Is Integrated Into The Clients Existing It Infrastructure On-Premise By The It Department Of It-Dlz As The Client And Implemented By The Client Itself. From A Technical Point Of View, The Provider Must Provide Maintenance, Support For Updates And Upgrades For An Initial Period Of Three Years. The Bidder Must Calculate This As License Costs In The Price Sheet. The Aim Of This Tender Is To Conclude A Contract For The Purchase Of An On-Premise It Solution As An Email Life Cycle Management Solution For Complex, Distributed Multi-Server Systems With Service And Support
