The Investment Project Should Include All The Necessary Project Parts (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Pbz, Puso And Others, According To The Specifics Of The Object), Providing The Opportunity For Complete And High-Quality Execution Of The Construction And Assembly Works, As Well As For The Subsequent Integration Of A Photovoltaic System, Subject To A Separate Public Procurement. The Contractor Performs The Functions Of A Designer In Accordance With Art. 162 Of The Territorial Planning Act, By Including Legally Competent Planners. The Designer Is Responsible For: Compliance Of The Project With The Current Regulations And Source Data; The Exercise Of Author Supervision During Construction. Ensuring Healthy And Safe Working Conditions; The Provision Of Construction Products Meeting The Regulatory Requirements; The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1 And 3 Of Zut; The Investment Project Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Territorial Planning Act, Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects And Applicable Regulations. The Technical Projects Should Contain Project Solutions, Working Drawings And Details To The Extent That Allows The Execution Of All Types Of Construction And Assembly Works, As Well As: Drawings In Appropriate Scales, Tailored To The Specifics Of The Object;​​​​​​​​ Construction Product Specifications; Necessary Calculations And Justifications; Explanatory Notes To Each Project Part; The Participants In The Construction And The Relationships Between Them Are Determined According To The Requirements Of Part Three, Section Ii Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut). During The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works, The Employer Provides A Licensed Consultant - Construction Supervision In Accordance With Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut. The Construction Is Carried Out On The Basis Of A Building Permit Issued By The Chief Architect Of The Municipality, After Approval Of The Investment Project.
