The Object Of The Procurement Is The Transportation Service For Letters And Packages Within The Municipality Of Tuusula From September 1, 2026. The Transports Are Carried Out As A Courier Service Between The Various Offices Of The Municipality According To The Attached Driving Routes. The Routes Are Run Weekly On Wednesdays And Fridays. Vacations And Public Holidays May Leave Some Individual Driving Days Undriveable. The Transports Are Carried Out As A Courier Service Between The Various Offices Of The Municipality. Letters And Packages Are Picked Up In The Morning From Tuusinfo, Which Is Located On The 2Nd Floor Of The Business Center Särmä At Autoasemankatu 4. Letters And Packages Arriving From The Offices Are Delivered To The Same Space In The Afternoons For Further Sorting And Further Distribution. Tuusinfos Staff Takes Care Of Sorting Outgoing Letters And Packages Before Transport. Tuusinfo Sorts Outgoing Internal Letters And Packages In Its Own Premises. The Service Provider Picks Up These Shipments In The Morning And Delivers Them To Predefined Destinations According To The Route. At The Same Time, The Service Provider Picks Up Mail And Packages From Each Destination On The Route And Transports Them To Tuusinfos Facilities For Further Processing During The Same Day. As An Additional Procurement Option, Hourly Prices Are Requested For Occasional, Separately Ordered, Similar Transport Services That Take Place Outside Of Route Runs. The Customer Does Not Commit To Any Minimum Order Quantities, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer. One Service Provider Is Selected To Produce The Service, With Whom The Subscriber Enters Into An Indefinite Contract.
