Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Nordværk Affaldsenergi A/S Offer Of Framework Agreement For Technical Advice And Assistance. The Tender Relates To A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Ad Hoc Technical Advice And Assistance Related To Nordværk Affaldsenergi A/S (Hereafter The Ordering Party) Activities. The Technical Advice And Assistance Will Fall Under The Ordering Partys Supply Business. The Technical Advice Generally Includes Services According To Danske Arkitektvirsomkeder And Fris Service Descriptions (Service Description: Construction And Landscape 2018, Service Description: Construction 2019 And Service Description: Builders Consultancy 2019) As Well As Later Versions Thereof, Including - But Not Limited To - The Services Described In More Detail In Section 8.3 In The Draft Framework Agreement On Technical Advice And Assistance (Hereinafter: Draft Framework Agreement), Which Is Included As Part Of The Tender Documents. The Detailed Terms For The Technical Advice Appear In The Draft Framework Agreement. The Draft Agreement Is Subject To Negotiation, Cf. 9. The Framework Agreement Has An Estimated Value Of Dkk 60,000,000 Excl. Vat And A Maximum Value Of Dkk 70,000,000 Excl. Vat The Ordering Party Has The Right To Extend The Framework Agreements Financial Framework If The Framework Agreement Is Used To A Greater Extent Than Expected, Cf. The Regulation In The Framework Agreements Section 8.4. The Framework Agreement Is Not Exclusive. The Client Is Thus Entitled To Hire Third Parties For Specific Tasks. Furthermore, The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Purchase Services From The Tenderer, And The Tenderer Is Therefore Not Guaranteed Any Minimum Turnover Under The Framework Agreement.
