Through This Order, Electricity Must Be Supplied For All Facilities That Fall Under The Participants. In The 2Nd Phase, The Tenderer Will Submit A Price Proposal Whereby Prices Can Be Locked For Certain Volumes And/Or Periods Based On The Reference Price. Natural Gas: Delivery Delivery Location: All Facilities Of The Client And Of The Participants In This Framework Agreement. A List Of Ean Numbers And Annual Consumption Will Be Provided In The 2Nd Phase (Quotation Phase) Of This Assignment. Explanation: The Natural Gas Component Consists Of Three Items: Annual Recordings, Manual Monthly Recordings And Teleread Recordings. Natural Gas Must Be Supplied Through This Order For All Facilities Of The Participants. In The 2Nd Phase, The Tenderer Will Submit A Price Proposal Whereby Prices Can Be Locked In For Certain Volumes And/Or Periods Based On The Reference Price. Objective Of The Assignment Within The Non-Profit Organization Emmaüs, The Purchase Of Energy (Gas And Electricity) Is Monitored By The Energy Committee. The Aim Of This Committee Is The Centralized Purchase Of Energy At The Best, Stable Price With The Best Service, With Attention To All Entities Of The Non-Profit Organization Emmaüs, Both Large Consumers And Smaller Institutions. For Electricity, The Major Facilities (General And Psychiatric Hospitals) And The Entities In The Immediate Vicinity Of These Campuses Are Typically Connected To Medium Voltage. Smaller Facilities Are Typically Connected To Low Voltage. For Natural Gas, The Large Facilities And Entities In The Immediate Vicinity Of These Campuses Typically Provide Monthly Consumption Recordings (Including Two Remote Consumption Points). Smaller Provisions Concern Annual Withdrawals. Through This Government Contract, The Participants Wish To Conclude Contracts With An Energy Supplier For The Supply Of Electricity And Natural Gas. These Energy Supplies Are In Principle Intended For All Connection Points Of The Participants. The Participants Have The Right To Cancel The Order For Certain Purchase Points Without Compensation For The Supplier If A Purchase Point Is Completely Taken Out Of Service If It Fits Within The Proposed Bandwidth Of The Agreement. The Participants Have The Right To Temporarily Suspend The Order For Certain Purchase Points Without Compensation For The Supplier, If A Purchase Point Is Temporarily Closed Due To Renovation.
