The Exact Technical Specification Of The Activities And The Location And Description Of The Equipment Is Annex No. 1 Of The Tender Documentation. Light Signaling Devices (Hereinafter Referred To As Ssz) Are Controlled Intelligently In Pardubice, By Means Of A Traffic Control Center, Detection Devices And Modern Controllers With Dynamic Signaling Plans. Most Intersections Are Equipped With Modern Video Detectors For Accurate Monitoring Of Traffic Intensity. All Controllers (With One Exception) Are Connected To The Traffic Center Via An Optical Network. The Operation Of This System Is Associated With Corresponding Services And These Services Related To The Operation Of The Intelligent Transport System And Are The Subject Of This Public Contract.
