Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Complete Study Mission (Inventory + Work Monitoring) For The Compliance Of Gas And Electricity Installations. This Contract Involves Carrying Out Visits, Complete Inventories, Surveys Of Faulty Points And Feasibility Studies For The Full Compliance (Gas And Electricity) Of A Housing Stock. The Final Objective Being To Obtain A Certificate Of Conformity Without Reservation Or Observation. The Service Provider Must Provide For Each Accommodation, On An Occupied Site, A Complete Inventory And A Precise List Of Points To Be Resolved To Achieve Total Compliance Without Reservation Or Observation. Priority 1 (Basic Market): 802 Dwellings For Which We Do Not Have A Certificate Of Conformity For The Gas And Electrical Installations Or The Existing Electrical Certificate Is More Than 25 Years Old - Priority 2 (Repetition Of Similar Market): 543 Dwellings For Which We Do Not Have A Certificate Of Conformity For The Electrical Installations - Priority 3 (Repetition Of Similar Market): 867 Dwellings For Which We Do Not Have A Certificate Of Conformity For The Installations Gas This Contract Is A Service Contract Within The Meaning Of Article 2, 21°, Of The Law Of June 17, 2016 Relating To Public Contracts. The Technical Requirements That The Services Must Meet Are Included In Point B Of The Second Part Of The Special Specifications. By Its Offer, The Successful Bidder Undertakes To Provide The Services In Accordance With These Requirements. The Adjudicator Reserves The Right To Carry Out Repetitions Of Similar Services By Negotiated Procedure Without Prior Publication, In Accordance With Article 42, § 1, 2° Of The Law Of June 17, 2016 Relating To Public Procurement. The Decision To Award Repetitive Contracts Must Also Be Made Within Three Years After The Conclusion Of The Initial Contract. The Similar Market Repetition Concerns A Set Of 1,410 Dwellings Divided Into 543 Dwellings Without A Certificate Of Conformity For Electrical Installations And 867 Dwellings Without A Certificate Of Gas Conformity. This Article Will Be Used In One Or Two Possible Repetitions. Location(S) Of Services: In The Service Providers Premises And On Centrhabitat Sites As Well As In Any Location Necessary For Carrying Out The Mission.
