Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Umbau Hs Hagenbach - Los 02 Ta-Hls (Wdh). The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Provision Of Planning Services For The Specialist Planning Of Technical Equipment In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai, System Groups 1-3 As Well As For The Special Services Required In This Context. The Client Intends To Award The Planning Services In Stages. In Service Level 1, Service Phases 1 To 2 Should Be Commissioned For Services In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai As Well As The Special Services Required In These Phases. In Service Level 2, Service Phases 3 To 4 Should Be Commissioned For Services In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai As Well As The Special Services Required In These Phases. In Service Level 3, The Client Intends To Award Service Phases 5 To 9 In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai As Well As The Special Services Required In These Phases For The Approved Planning. The Commissioning Of The Further Service Levels Is Subject To The Suspensive Condition That The Client Retrieves Them In Writing Or In Text Form By Way Of The Order Extension. There Is Therefore No Legal Entitlement To The Commissioning Of Services/Levels That Go Beyond Performance Level 1.
