Pharmaceutical Products – Hus Procurement Of Occupational Healths Pharmaceutical/Pharmacy Services. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Sale And Delivery Of Medicines Purchased For Occupational Health Care Needs To Hus From The Pharmacy In Such A Way That Orders Are Placed Through The Service Providers Online Store And The Service Provider Is Responsible For Delivering The Medicines To Hus Offices In Accordance With The Contract And Delivery Conditions. The Offices Are Located In Helsinki, Porvoo, Peijas, Raasepor, Jorvi, Lohja And Hyvinkää. Orders And Deliveries Are Location-Specific. The Detailed Addresses Of The Offices Are Stated In The Contract. In Addition To The Sale Of Medicines, The Procurement Includes A Delivery Service, To Which The Terms Of The Contract Apply. Medicines Are Invoiced In Accordance With The Current Medicine Legislation, At Uniform Prices For Pharmacies, And The Consideration Paid To The Service Provider Consists Of The Price Of The Medicines And The Delivery Fees According To The Contract. Hus Pays For Both The Medicines And The Delivery Service Directly To The Service Provider. The Agreement Does Not Include An Arrangement In Which The Service Providers Right To Receive Compensation Is Based On Payments Received From Third Parties. In Addition To Medicines, Hus Can Order Other Products From The Suppliers Selection In The Manner And To The Extent Stated In The Contract.
