Refuse-Collection Vehicles – Delivery Of A Specialized Vehicle Such As A Garbage Truck With A Two-Chamber Body, With Financing In The Form Of Operational Leasing. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Specialized Vehicle Of The Garbage Truck Type, With A Two-Compartment Body (Hereinafter Referred To As The Vehicle), With Financing In The Form Of Operational Leasing. 2. The Vehicle Must Be Complete After Installation, Meeting Ce Standards, With Approval As A Complete Vehicle. 3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party At His Own Expense. 4. Terms Of Financing The Delivery Item: 1) Operational Leasing Agreement 2) Initial Payment (Initial Rent/0 Rent) In The Amount Of 5%, 3) Maximum Of 60 Leasing Installments (59 Installments + Final Fee), And The Duration Of The Agreement Not Longer Than 60 Months, 4) Final Payment In The Amount Of 15% Of The Initial Value Of The Leased Item, 5) Leasing Installments Should Include All Costs That Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party As The User, In Particular: The Cost Of Purchasing The Subject Of The Order (Leasing), All Taxes And Other Fees That Should Be Paid By The Ordering Party In Connection With The Conclusion And Performance Of The Leasing Contract (Except For The Tax On Means Of Transport And The Vehicle Registration Fee), 6) Contract Currency: Pln 7) Fixed Monthly Leasing Installments, 8) The Possibility Of Using The Purchase Option - Transfer Of Ownership Of The Leased Object To The Ordering Party As The User After The End Of The Leasing Contract And Settlement Of All Receivables From Resulting Therefrom, 9) Leasing Installments - Payable Within 21 Days From The Date Of A Correctly Issued And Delivered Vat Invoice To The Ordering Party, Or In Accordance With The Payment Schedule On The Basis Of Which Vat Invoices Will Be Issued, For A Period Of Not Less Than 21 Days Before The Date Of Payment Indicated In The Payment Schedule. 10) The Purchase Amount Of The Subject Of The Contract - Will Be Paid By The Ordering Party After Payment Of The Last Leasing Installment, Or Possibly Together With The Last Installment, 11) The Ordering Party Will Bear The Costs Of Taxes On Means Of Transport, 12) The Ordering Party Informs That It Will Accept The Tables Of Fees And Commissions Of The Financing Party Of The Leased Subject, In The Scope Of Debt Collection Fees And Those Incurred At The Request Of The Ordering Party, They May Be Included In The Leasing Agreement
