Technical Building-Inspection Services – Multi-Attribute Framework Agreement For Technical Control Missions On Operations Carried Out Across The Entire Heritage Of Sa Les Residences Yvelines Essonne. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Carry Out Technical Control Missions On The Operations Carried Out On All The Assets Of Sa Résidences Yvelines Essonne. This Contract Is Concluded In The Form Of A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Article R. 2162-2 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code, Which Is Executed By The Issuance Of Successive Purchase Orders Issued According To The Occurrence Of Needs. Concerning The Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 1,500,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Overall Duration Of The Contract. It Will Be Awarded To A Maximum Of Three (3) Economic Operators, Subject To The Receipt Of A Sufficient Number Of Admissible Applications And Offers.
