The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Carry Out Small Civil Engineering Works Within Creos Luxembourgs High Voltage (Ht) Transformer Stations, Inside The Buildings As Well As Outside And Around Them. These Are One-Off And Targeted Interventions: Local Repairs And Repairs (Concrete, Masonry, Slabs, Gutters), Stabilization Of Soils And Embankments, Small Foundations And Anchors (Metal Structures), Drainage, Management Of Damp Spots, Limited Demolitions With Controlled Evacuation, Repairs To Seals, Restoration Of Edges And Coverings. The Market Is Based On Purchase Orders, Intended To Avoid Launching A Procedure For Each Intervention; The Amount Per Operation Remains Limited (Order Of Magnitude: <= €80,000.00). Prices Are Unitary, Supplemented By Management Positions (Labor, Machinery, Supplies) To Cover Unforeseen Events Measured In Reality. The Scope Is Carried Out In A Demanding Ht Environment: The Company Respects The Applicable Hse Rules And Access Procedures Specific To The Sites. The Market Is Not A Penalty Contract; However, The Successful Bidder Undertakes To Have A Quick Scoping Meeting After Request, Then To Start Within A Timeframe Compatible With The Nature Of The Work. When Necessary, Simple Calculation Notes Can Be Provided By The Company Or Validated By A Design Office Mandated By The Project Owner.
