The Object Of The Contract Is The Dissemination Of The Results Of The Actions Implemented In The Framework Of The Project Development Of Actions Using Artificial Intelligence (Ai) For The Improvement Of Public Administration. In The Framework Of The Project, The Ministry Of Digital Governance Will Procure For The Public Sector Bodies, Services Of Analysis, Design And Implementation Of Applications And Solutions Based On Ai Technologies. The Services Aim To Improve Specific Public Sector Functions, Prioritizing Those Cases Where The Use Of Ai Technology Provides A Comparative Advantage Over More Traditional Approaches And Techniques. The Scope Of The Project Consists In The Provision Of Specialized Solutions Design And Implementation Services, Which Leverage Artificial Intelligence Technologies, To Digitize, Automate Or Provide Upgraded Functionality / Improved Experience In Public Administration Functions, Processes Or Transactions, Which May Span A Wide Range Of Areas Of Interest. For This Reason, Uniform Communication And Signage In All Applications And Activities Is Critical Since It Enhances The Legibility Of Actions For The Benefit Of Citizens And Businesses. In This Context, It Is Crucial To Establish Clearly Defined Rules For The Marking And Promotion Of The Projects Actions, Which Will Be Codified In A Special Communication Guide, Which Will Include Detailed Communication Instructions, The Determination Of Their Communication Identity, Such As Logos, And Relevant Standards For The Correct Implementation Of Communication Actions.
