Time-Sharing Services – Procurement Of A Robot-Assisted System For Orthopedics. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Rental Service Of A Robot-Assisted System For Orthopedic Surgery, With Associated Equipment, Instruments And Service Support. The Procedure Is Carried Out With The Aim Of Concluding A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 4 Years, On The Basis Of Which Individual One-Year Public Procurement Contracts Will Be Concluded. The Offered System Must Be Fully Compliant With Technical Specifications, Functional And Ready For Clinical Use. The Offer Must Include At Least: • Installation And Commissioning Of The System, • Provision Of The Necessary Instruments And Consumables For The Operation Of The System, • The System Must Be Fully Functional For Performing Surgical Procedures For The Installation Of A Partial Knee Endoprosthesis. The Offeror Is Obliged To Ensure That All Necessary Software Modules, Licenses And Functionalities For The Specified Type Of Procedure Are Included In The Offered Price, Without Additional Costs And Without Restrictions On Use During The Entire Duration Of The Contract, • The Service Package For The Duration Of The Lease Includes Updating The Software To The Latest Available Version At No Additional Charge, Providing All Necessary Service And Technical Documentation And Solving Technical Problems With The Professional Assistance Of Authorized Technicians. It Also Includes The Creation And Implementation Of A Plan For Regular And Extraordinary Maintenance, The Provision Of Replacement Parts Necessary For The Optimal Functioning Of The System, And Covering The Costs Of Transport And The Work Of Service Technicians. The Bidder Must Ensure The Response Of The Service Technician Within 24 To 48 Hours From The Moment Of The First Contact, Which Ensures Continuous Technical Support And Maintenance Of System Functionality With Minimal Interruptions Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. All Offered Equipment Must Be Fully Compliant With The Cost List And Prescribed Technical Specifications And All Other Conditions Prescribed By This Procurement Documentation. Bidders Are Obliged To Offer Fully Functional, New, Unused And Undamaged Equipment, Whereby The Offered Price Must Include All Costs, Including But Not Limited To The Costs Of Supply, Delivery, Assembly, Installation, Testing And Commissioning, Staff Training For Proper Operation And Use In The Clients Premises, As Well As All Costs Of The Service Package During The Rental Period. The Service Package Includes Regular And Extraordinary Maintenance, Software Updates, Provision Of Necessary Spare Parts And Consumables, Technical Support And All Other Related Costs Necessary For The Smooth And Continuous Functioning Of The System During The Entire Rental Period. During The Entire Period Of Use, The Subject Of The Lease Must Be Fully Compliant With The Applicable Regulations Of The Republic Of Croatia And The European Union That Regulate The Field Of Health Care And Medical Products, Including, But Not Limited To, The Health Care Act, The Medical Products Act, Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 On Medical Products (Mdr) And All Associated By-Laws And Technical Standards.
