Plumbing And Sanitary Works – Projekt Wood Vision Lab - Hkls. The Building Project In Question Includes The Wood Technology Center On The Ground Floor And First Floor, Which Will Be Used For The Research, Development And Production Of Wood-Based Components For New Applications In Mobility, Mechanical Engineering And Beyond. The Floors 2 To 4 Contain Office Rental Space (Accelerator Operation) And An Event Room (So-Called “Flexiraum”). The Building Has Been Submitted And Designed In Such A Way That It Can Be Expanded To Include A Further Three Office Floors (Expansion Not Yet Scheduled). Heating And Cooling Energy Will Be Provided By Existing External Providers Of Local/District Heating And Cooling, While Part Of The Electricity Will Be Produced By A Pv System On The Roof Of The Office Tower Planned For The Further Construction Phase. The Bidder Or Contractor For The Hkls Trade Must Provide All Of The Services Described In The Tender Documents (Particularly In The List Of Services) Relating To Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation And Sanitation For The Construction Project In Question.
